The CommunityPod can be supplied and installed in any setting within the community, for example: in a community pharmacy, library, or a leisure centre. Also, this device is ideal for a Health Centre with multiple GP surgeries or clinical settings. Each patient's self-assessments and health readings are automatically transferred from the CommunityPod to their own GP Surgery, allowing any concerning results to be flagged and responded to promptly.

Each CommunityPod supports follow up voice-call or video consultations for continued health monitoring and liaison between Care Home and Community or Practice based health and social care professionals. Abnormal readings will trigger alerts and contact between services and patients.

Each Health Portal HealthPod supports the remote monitoring of patients with the remote monitoring of patients. HealthPods capture each patient’s vital signs, track trends across a range of health conditions, reduce face to face consultations and report abnormal results directly to the clinical team in real time.

All HealthPods meet the need for multi-lingual, user-friendly technology, reduce health inequalities and improve patient data recording. Additional benefits include the logging of assessment results directly back into the patient record (avoiding staff overheads wherever possible).

Patient targeted physical & mental health questionnaires with 360 reporting improves clinical response times, captures data for QOF whilst reducing the need for standard repetitive follow-ups.
