The group prides itself on providing a seamless and secure managed service to the NHS, a valued client for more than 25 years.

In addition to the IT Support division, Microtech operate a Healthcare division that offers a suite of healthcare products and services that can be used within both Primary Care and Acute arenas. The HealthPod family of solutions consists of SurgeryPod, HomePod and CarehomePod. All solutions provide time-saving benefits for the medical practitioner whilst achieving minimal direct contact with patients.

Specialising within Telehealth and IT industries, Microtech has developed an extensive customer and contracts base, including their long-standing partnership with the NHS.

Microtech houses over 75 staff including a full-time fully staffed service desk with field engineer’s based throughout Scotland and the UK.

In 2021 Microtech Group undertook a brand realignment, condensing many of their established sectors into two significant divisions, streamlining the brand and simplifying the customer experience. This included the onboarding of a new Commercial Director and Sales Director, along with the launch of a brand-new website.
